2 design of sight line and glass window in the cab

2.1 horizontal vision
in order to ensure the driver's forward horizontal vision when 350mm away from the navigation and traffic monitoring control station (010-090 degrees on the left and right sides), the height of the lower edge of the front wall glass window is 1000mm, and the height of the upper edge is 2000mm, so as to ensure that the driver has sufficient horizontal vision at the workstation (the eye height is l800mm when standing, and l 400mm when sitting)
the horizontal line of sight of the navigation and traffic monitoring control station shall not be less than 22.5 degrees, that is, from the bow to the rear of the left and right stop. Within this range, there should be no obstacles. The indoor reporting area and chart area are generally equipped with shading curtains, so these areas are set outside the 225 degree field of vision. The horizontal rear line of sight of the navigation and traffic monitoring control station is not less than 5 degrees behind the ship. Through the rear line of sight, you can see the reading light of the port, which is convenient to judge whether the ship leaves the port along the correct route. 2.2 vertical line of sight

2.3 there is a window frame between the window glass and the window frame
there is a front mast in front of the cab, so there is a blind area in the underwater line of sight of the navigation and traffic monitoring control station, but the total blind area angle of these obstacles cannot exceed 30 degrees. The angle of each blind area cannot exceed 10 degrees. 7. The visual angle between the two blind areas cannot be less than 5 degrees. In order to reduce the blind spot angle, three methods are adopted:

(2) the window frame should be as small as possible, especially the window frame that needs to reach the front of the screen (the stealing frame size is 100mm × 100mm);

dnv believes that the glass window in front of the driver's console (i.e. the line of sight within 180 degrees) is the most important, so it is necessary to install a wiper and flushing system, and the glass window that realizes the rear view function also needs to install a wiper and flushing system. The water of the flushing system is composed of cold water and hot water, and pressurized with compressed air, which is provided by the engine room. In addition to installing two rotating glass windows, the deicing and demisting system also adopts electrically heated glass with temperature control switch and bypass switch
3 cab working environment design
3.1 the rest place
is designed to make the driver in a comfortable working environment. There is a rest area in the left rear part of the narrow driving area, equipped with sofas, coffee tables, refrigerators, coffee machines and hand sinks. In addition, the washroom (W.C) is narrow near the driver and behind the chart area
3.2 vibration and noise
due to the reasonable design of the hull structure, the data of measuring the vibration frequency, intensity and noise of the cab during the trial voyage of the first ship 403 and subsequent a have met the requirements of DNV specifications
3.3 temperature
there is enough temperature control system in the cab. The external temperature is - 10 ℃ ~ 35. Under the condition of C, the temperature is controlled at 14 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. The temperature gradient from the deck to 2 meters high is within ± 1 ℃ and not more than ± 4 ℃. The temperature control system adopts central air conditioning, and nine air distributors are installed in the cab. Each air distributor can adjust the air supply volume according to the actual needs. The higher the temperature, the greater the ventilation. Ventilation times shall not be less than 6 times/hour. Two 2kW electric heaters are also installed in the cab
3.4 surface treatment and color
the narrow interior floor of the driver's cab adopts the anti-skid rubber plastic floor with particles (also known as this kind of alloy can reduce the water absorption PVC floor of nylon), and the left and right wing areas adopt the
perforated rubber plastic floor that can drain water, so that the floor can maintain a non smooth surface under wet and dry conditions
in order to prevent the beverage facilities and other facilities that make the driver comfortable from damaging the driving console equipment and injuring the driver, sofas, coffee tables, beverage facilities, refrigerators, coffee machines, etc. are designed to be fixed. The telescope box is embedded in the inner decorative wall panel to avoid sharp edges and protrusions from damaging the driver. 3.5 lighting
provide sufficient lighting to meet the lighting required by the bridge during navigation, port, day and night work. The illumination of each workstation is higher than that of other environments. In the actual design, it is not considered separately, but the illumination is increased in the chart area
to avoid light exposure and image reflection in the glass window and ceiling at night, drive narrow and nearby cabins, daytime: white, 0 ~ 3001ux. Each workstation of the driving console adopts red dimmable gooseneck lamps at night, 0 ~ 201ux; Close to the narrow passage and cabin of the driver, the door limit switch is adopted; In non enclosed stairs and cab, at night, we use white (color close to yellow) dimmable lights as stairway lights, 0 ~ 201ux. in the chart area, day and night: white spotlight, O ~ 300lux. We not only installed fluorescent lamps, but also adopted dimmable chart lamps. The dramatic edge of the chart area is shaded by a shading curtain to avoid night light from hitting the driving lane

4-channel and cab clear height design
4.1-channel
front channel outside the cab (cat walk), with a width of about 700mm, is used for the installation and maintenance of wipers
there is a channel with a width of 1000mm between the driving console and the narrow front wall of the driver's seat, so as to ensure that one can be divided into: when one person is standing, another person can pass through according to the size deviation and appearance quality, strength and frost resistance
the distance between the left and right wing consoles and the front wall and the side of the ship is more than 1000mm, so as to meet the requirements of Panama specifications that two people can pass at the same time. There should be a passage with enough width between the left and right wings to meet the requirements that two people can pass at the same time. The width of the passage should be 1200mm, and the width at any obstacle point should not be less than 700mm. Therefore, the width of sliding doors on both sides is 1200mm
the channel between two independent consoles in the cab is not less than 700mm, for example, the distance between the manual steering console and the middle console of the driving console is greater than 700mm
4.2 cab; Fight for height
the clear height of the cab (paved with deck dressing and anti-skid rubber and plastic floor, installed with ceiling) 2loomm
